Cancellations & Refunds
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require 50% down to secure your reservation. The full amount is collected within 30 days of your arrival. If you cancel your reservation outside of the 30 days, you will receive a refund minus a $100 service fee. If you cancel within the 30 days of your reservation a credit minus the service fee will be given for a one-year period to rebook. Due to requirements dictated by the Federal Government of Honduras with respect to International Banking Laws, refunds may take as long as 90 days.
Prices quoted above do not include the 19% Roatán Hotel Tax which will be added when finalizing booking.
Additional Resort Info
All room prices include complimentary breakfast for two adults. If you’d like to include additional breakfasts for additional guests, please get in touch with the front desk directly.
Airport transfers or hotel transfers can be booked directly with the front desk, please have your travel information handy when calling. The cost is dependent on the number in the party but falls in line with the standard price across the island.
All rooms include cable television, air conditioning, and wifi for your pleasure - no additional charges for electricity unless stated when booking.
