Victoria Bennett
Victoria started in the hospitality industry at Banarama Resort when she was just nineteen years old. Since then she has worked her way up from reception to management all the while carrying a smile on her face and a sincere love for all things hospitality.
You can find her walking around the resort ensuring everything is up to standard or in her office next to the front desk. During her off time, she enjoys spending quality time with her two children, family, and friends.

Eldah Fisher
Though originally an Accounting major, Eldah found love for the dynamic environment of hospitality management.
As the Assistant Manager, she enjoys the fact that no day is the same and is prepared to tackle any new challenge that might come her way. A big fan of the beach, Eldah knows all the local spots, with her favorite being Camp Bay - one of the many excursions we recommend while visiting Roatán.

Tricia Rivers
Growing up on an island, it is no wonder that Tricia completed school with a Bachelor’s in Tourism & Hospitality.
She has long been a part of the Caribe Tesoro team and loves the continual learning that comes with the industry. Ask her about her recommendations for the best local cuisine (other than Sunset Grill of course!) and where you might find a spot to dance - she can help with all your concierge needs!

Alish is our operations wizard, helping all guests have the vacation of their dreams while visiting Caribe Tesoro.
You might find her walking around with Victoria or Eldah ensuring all things are operating smoothly, but don’t hesitate to stop her and ask for help as she loves to dabble on the concierge side of things.

While at Sunset Grill you may run into our Restaurant Manager - Shon. With over seventeen years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry, Shon knows how to make an awesome cocktail to enjoy while watching the sun go down.
As a local to the island, he loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. Need a little conversation starter with Shon? Ask him about one of his favorite pastimes - baseball!

Marleny Alvarado
Marleny originally moved to the island more than twenty years ago from the mainland of Honduras. She quickly found her passion in housekeeping and prides herself on keeping the rooms in top shape.
As head of housekeeping, Marleny is your go-to person when you need a little room refresh or a new set of towels.

Rafa Nunez
Maintaining our Caribe Tesoro is no small feat, and that is why we trust it to Rafa, our Maintenance Manager.
You may find him on a ladder, on the roof, or walking around the property, ensuring everything is working properly. He is quick to adapt to any situation and enjoys keeping the hotel running and our guests worry-free.
